Room 101 is the room from hell
The friendly staff and spacious two-bedroom apartment provided a great base for our holiday. The convenient location near the marina made exploring a breeze—a quick two-minute walk to everything.
Unfortunately, we faced a lot of noise issues from the karaoke bar right below our room, which kept us awake until the early hours. It was disappointing to find outdated amenities in a supposedly 4-star hotel.

I enjoyed my stay in a large apartment with good amenities. The location was central, making it easy to explore the marina and enjoy the restaurants. I appreciated the nearby golf courses and the convenience of a shuttle to them. A specific highlight was having breakfast in the room—it made the mornings relaxing. As a family from Auckland, we valued the spaciousness, which is perfect when traveling with children.

Group will appreciate it
The apartment was spacious and it had a superb view from the balcony over the marina that really made it special,, we enjoyed our evenings watching the boats come and go. The staff was incredibly friendly,, they even accommodated our early check-in which was a huge help.
It wasn’t cheap,, but considering the experience, it was still acceptable.

The apartment offered remarkable space with an incredible view of the marina, making our stay truly enjoyable. Though the noise from the street can be disruptive at night and the shower pressure left something to be desired, the friendliness of the staff had a positive impact on our time here.

The apartments are spacious, with large balconies offering stunning views of the marina. Each unit comes equipped with a decent fridge, ensuring you can store your own snacks and drinks without issue.
The bathrooms need a serious update. the fittings seemed rusty and the shower was awkward to use, essentially forcing me to wash my hair with a handheld sprayer. I also noticed some chipped furniture and a broken power socket, which shouldn’t be present in a well-maintained property. If you're on a lower floor, be prepared for substantial noise from the nightlife below, making restful sleep a challenge. Wi-Fi is only available in public areas—good luck trying to connect when you’re in your room, especially during evenings!
